Submit a new home purchase or refinance application or obtain a purchase preapproval between 2/23/2023 and 4/17/2023 using the email address you submit.

To participate, you must enroll during the Offer Period by submitting your email address and unique offer code provided in your email offer in the fields below. The email address you submit to enroll must be the same email address you use for your new home loan application. This is an online offer only — there are no in-person, mail-in, call-in, or other offline methods to participate. One bonus per customer and only one bonus paid per closed loan. For example, if a husband and wife both enroll for the bonus, but only close one home loan, only one of them will receive the bonus.
Once enrolled, to receive your bonus, you must apply for your home loan or obtain preapproval during the Offer Period AND close a home loan from that application or preapproval. Any closed loans from applications submitted or preapprovals obtained outside of the Offer Period are not eligible for this promotion. This promotion does not apply to loans that closed prior to the Offer Period.
Your current Ally Bank account must be open and in good standing at the time of the bonus payout to receive your bonus. There is no minimum balance requirement for your deposit account. Eligible customers that fulfill required enrollment and eligibility requirements, will be paid the Cash Bonus within 30 calendar days of your loan closing date to an account held by the enrolled customer.
