Does the rate automatically increases?
Yes, it is I have 2 account with them. I do know they were recently acquired and implemented a new digital website. The website needs alot of tweeking, but overall the bank is legit, getting a hold of the the customer service is difficult because of the change, but when you do get in touch with them, they are pleasant and absolutely friendly. I would call directly to their flushing NYC branch for help.
