Hello,
I am POA for a good friend who’s in a skilled nursing facility that accepts CC payments. Being reimbursed by social security & retirement DD i can only run down so many sign up bonuses, can not find best CC to park the health care spend that’s $1650 monthly. Any advise would be appreciated, thank you.

1). When are the best promotions, end of year, beginning of new year?
2). If you downgrade a card you normally pay an annual fee for but did not use the entire year are you refunded a portion of the unused annual payment?
3). Which card normally has the best extended warranty/coverage on high priced items a person might purchase?

In reply to Lorraine. Its wise to downgrade card to NO-Fee card after completing 1 year. That way credit card issuer does not take back the rewards & your credit score is not hit.

Could you tell me if I open these credit cards with offers after I have received my bonus should I close the credit card or keep it. I don’t want to hurt my credit score.

I dont believe you are correct about the BA Card. In order to receive the 100k bonus avios you do not need to spend 33k in the first year. 20k in TOTAL spending in the first year will get 100k avios.
