Also changed my dir dep to them. A week later I got a letter that account was suspended for fraud. I called. It seems I have to go into the bank in person with my ID. They do not mention this in the offer. I would not have opened account. There is no keybank that I can get to without spending 25 in tolls. . Worst off I ever saw. fortunately I was able to reverse direct deposit. Now I am waiting for bank to return my opening deposit.
