I live in VA but it looks like this no longer available for VA or never was (online at least). Maybe you have to apply in branch for VA. Also, just wanted to note that the post indicates a DD requirement in the first paragraph. There is no DD requirement. Also, the fine print does indicate a $100 minimum opening balance.
