Same here. I thought maybe it was something I did wrong when I signed up. But I’ve come across numerous people like you who SoFi has also refused to pay the bonus to–with the same excuse. All they’re doing is building a base of people who are posting bad reviews about them. Doesn’t make any sense.

Same Result…. They ARE NOT paying out bonuses.
They will delay and ask you to provide the persons personal email, name, etc.
TERRIBLE APP.
Stay away from this bank.

This is a sweet deal! I DID receive my bonus almost immediately. Besides the interest rate which is pretty nice in and of itself, the start-up bonus is also awesome.
