Searched their website for info on the offer and found “BetterWeb” there. Then tried to learn about their checking accounts…very confusing. No info on the difference between the free accounts, had to search around to find out the interest rate on the one acct that seemed to pay. The rate sheet showed (extremely low) interest paid…on several checking accounts not mentioned on the other page.

Decided to try it despite all the B.S. but the signup page seemed to be for both “Already started” applications and new ones. It asked for my email address, then said it didn’t recognize my computer and asked security questions as if I was already registered, I’ve never registered and if I had would never have allowed one of the questions–I have no answer for it.

Ridiculous! I reported all the baloney to the feedback form. I won’t be applying. Told them that, too.
