Referring party must have an existing Republic Bank active personal or business checking account in good standing.
The party that is being referred must open a personal or business checking account and have not previously held an account with Republic Bank.
By participating in this program, each party may be aware the other has opened or intends to open a Republic Bank account.
To obtain the reward, the new personal or business checking account opened must conduct a combination of five (5) or more of the following transactions within any one of the first three statement cycles: Direct deposit (an ACH credit or other automatic transfer) of at least $100, a Bill Pay Debit of at least $25, a POS Debit of at least $10 (this does not include transactions through an ATM) or an ACH Debit of at least $25.
