I applied for the HarborOne $200 cash back bonus where I deposit $2.5k within 60 days and I called to see when I’d get my money, they gave a date, and I asked if I qualified and they said yes. Then I called on that date and they said I didn’t qualify, I asked why and it turns out the person I spoke with was looking at another offer, I clarified the offer I applied for and the person agreed I qualified and then gave my information to the manager to give approval for releasing the $200. I get a call back the next day and am told I didn’t qualify since I used a different email address for signing up for the offer as compared to signing up for the bank account, I have only one email address. Don’t use HarborOne’s services, they lie.
