- Fill in your information (or Referring Customer’s information).
- Save the form to your computer.
- Send the form to your friends via email, or print and distribute.
- Ask your friend to fill out the form and bring the form with them when they open their new account.
- Referer: Limit 3 rewards of $50 per person per year ($150 total per person).
