I was denied the $300 bonus because I did not have 2 bill pays, despite this not being listed in the requirements.

One banker called the back office to find out about the promotion. Their literature states a $100 bonus instead of $150 bonus for the referred person.
I have called several UMB banks and that have no information regarding this promotion.
