I opened with US Bank this year (2023) I’ve been having a lot of problems with them holding my money and isn’t Zelle supposed to be instant? Why does the recipient have to wait couple days for it to go through? Even though they took money out of my account already.. what is going on?

Stay away from this bank. I started this account on line, had a promo code and met all requirements. When I called them, they said the bonus period has expired and told me to go to a local U.S.Bank and they could help me. I completed all requirements by June 30, 2020 which is when the offer expired. I called the local bank and a recording came on and stated that the bank was closed because of the virus.

I just got an email from them saying my account did not have a promo code on it. I opened it may 29 and I just googled the promo 20web05 but I am not positive that is the one I was supposed to get. I have never did this before. I tried the wells fargo 400 dollar but it keeps telling me to call 800 number when I try to make an opening deposit. then they tell me to go in to a branch but most of the branches in town are closed covid19.

Haven’t received the 300.00 bonus that I was told I would receive onc ed I met there requirements but when I check my account weekly still nothing and from all the reviews I’ve read it seems alot of people haven’t received theirs either. I’m gonna give them s few more weeks and if it’s not in there then I’ll go see a lawyer and see how much I can get from them for f as else advertisement. I’ve sent plenty of people to them due to this promotion and if they aren’t paying it then I’m sure I’ll look like a fool to all these people
