How To Earn $200 Checking Bonus
- Open qualifying checking account with a minimum deposit of $100.
- Complete 25 or more debit card purchases (pinned, signed, or credit). Each purchase must be greater than or equal to $10 and must post to the new checking account on or before 1/31/2025. Recurring debit card transaction payments and ATM transactions do not qualify as a debit card purchase.
- Receive one or more qualifying Automated Clearing House (ACH) Direct Deposit credit(s) totaling $500 or more in the new checking account. Qualifying ACH Direct Deposits include: electronic deposits of your payroll, government benefits (e.g. social security), pensions, annuities, retirement plans, and child support that post to the new checking account on or before 1/31/2025.

How To Earn $50 Referral Bonus
- In order to earn the $50 bonus, you must follow these steps:
- First, be sure that your friend or family member is not already a current First National 1870 personal checking account owner.
- Give eligible friends or family members a referral card. When they bring it to a location near them, they can get rewarded for opening their first personal checking account and begin making referrals too!
- There is a minimum of $100 required to open a personal checking account.
- Offer valid at any First National 1870 location.
- To participate in the Refer A Friend program, customer must be an owner on a personal checking account at First National 1870.
- Referring customer will earn $50 when referee opens their first personal checking account at First National 1870.
- All bonus payments will be deposited into referring customer’s primary personal checking account at time referral payment is earned.
- Qualifying account must be open and have a positive balance on the date the referee account is opened to receive bonus payment.
- New customer (referee) must present referral card, letter, or email offer at time of account opening.
- Minimum of $100 is required to open a personal checking account.
- Maximum payment per customer for referrals is $500 per calendar year (January 1–December 31).
